About The Position

Love Justice International (LJI) is a Christian nonprofit dedicated to fighting human trafficking and caring for orphaned and abandoned children. We are seeking mission-driven individuals who are passionate about making a tangible difference in the world. This role is more than a job; it's a calling for those who are drawn to work that demands sacrifice, boldness, and faith. LJI operates as an "Impact Engineering" organization, utilizing scientific and business principles combined with local insights to maximize real-world outcomes. Our anti-human trafficking efforts focus on transit monitoring at key transportation hubs to intercept potential victims and gather information for law enforcement. We have developed over 30 core processes to ensure excellence and accountability across our global operations, which are integrated into partner offices through training, support, and coaching by our Installation Team. The Anti-Trafficking Field Officer will play a crucial role in installing and monitoring compliance with these core processes, contributing to meaningful and measurable results in anti-trafficking work worldwide. The specific processes the Field Officer will manage will depend on their professional expertise in areas such as business, finance, accounting, legal, data analysis, security, law enforcement/investigations, human resources, and human assessments. This position is based in Ballito, South Africa, with travel to programs in Africa and Asia.
