About The Position

This is a full-time, temporary position in Philadelphia County. The role involves providing trauma-informed advocacy and case management to survivors of human trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation through a community diversion program. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with one evening per week required.

Requirements

• MSW or BSW degree
• At least two years of experience in human trafficking, domestic violence, immigrant or workers' rights, victim services, or a related field
• Experience with trauma-informed care
• Experience with victim advocacy
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills
• Strong documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Screening and assessment of survivors
• Managing a caseload of survivors
• Developing individualized service plans
• Coordinating medical, behavioral health, legal, housing, employment, and other support services
• Maintaining case documentation
• Participating in a 24/7 victim response hotline
• Conducting community outreach
• Collaborating with law enforcement and community partners
