The Anti-Human Trafficking (AHT) Survivor Support Specialist, part of The Bloom Initiative serving Connecticut, provides comprehensive case management services to survivors of human trafficking. This role serves as the primary point of contact for survivors, coordinating essential services and resources to address their complex needs, including emotional and mental health, housing/shelter, employment, medical, and legal support. The position also involves participation in street outreach, program planning, drop-in centers, and community education. Responsibilities include operating within program budgets, serving as a program liaison, and fulfilling administrative requirements such as submitting progress reports and data entry.
