We are a leading organization recognized in the community for our commitment to providing youth in need with a safe environment and access to services to help them achieve independence and foster growth. Our Place Peel’s mission is to empower youth through prevention, intervention, shelter and community partnerships – fostering healing, growth, and lasting housing stability. nCourage is a collaborative integrated service hub for at-risk individuals, victims, and survivors of sexual exploitation. The goal of nCourage is to improve access to services and support for victims and survivors across Peel. Reporting to the Manager of Client Services, the Anti-Human Trafficking Youth in Transition Supervisor (AHT-YITS) supports youth aged 16-24 at high risk for being sexually exploited and/or sex trafficked, who are transitioning out of the child welfare system into adulthood. The AHT-YITW will help youth establish goals, provide intervention, crisis support, access community services, and advocate for the youth to achieve independence. This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and may require after-hours or on-call coverage.
