About The Position

The Digital Design Intern will support the Anthropologie Digital Design team by assisting with both design and production work across multiple marketing channels. This is a paid internship program that offers hands-on learning experience, intern-focused events, exposure to senior leadership, insight into company initiatives, off-site field trips, and the opportunity to interview for a full-time position. The URBN 2027 Summer Internship Program will run from 6/7 through 8/13 at the Home Office in Philadelphia, PA. Candidates selected to move forward will complete a video interview within two days of receiving the link. Interviews with internal teams will be scheduled on a rolling basis. Requirements

• Stay current on emerging design trends, AI tools, and digital best practices, and share new ways of thinking that can help improve our creative process.
• Submit a Design Project (8.5 X 11 PDF format is preferred) demonstrating creativity and understanding of the brand culture, voice & aesthetic. The project should explain how/why the idea fits the brand and how it would function, and how it would help create a stronger visual and conceptual relationship between all the different channels of the brand.
• Create 1 PDF that contains the resume and project and upload it to the Resume section of the online application.
• Include links to a portfolio if available.

Responsibilities

• Support designers with design execution and production of digital creative assets.
• Conduct regular site audits to ensure creative accuracy, consistency, and a strong customer experience across digital touchpoints.
• Assist with creative research, mood boards, and inspiration to bring fresh ideas and new perspectives to the team.
