About The Position

As an Anthropic Alliance Manager within PwC's Internal Firm Services practice, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing partnerships aligned with strategic goals. This role focuses on developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility. Your efforts will be crucial in capturing new business opportunities and promoting the firm's services through innovative market research, digital marketing, and creative campaigns. As a Manager, you will lead teams, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You will be responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths to meet client expectations. With your growing knowledge of business operations, you will identify opportunities that contribute to the firm's success. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating the firm's purpose and values meaningfully. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same. In this role, you will build relationships with key Alliance executives, identify synergies between technology and the firm, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver multi-competency programs that address clients' most critical business issues.

Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 4 years of experience in Partner & Alliances Management, relationship management or related field, with a track record of driving demand generation and driving successful programs

Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues
