About The Position
The Level 3 Antenna Test Engineer leads advanced RF measurement, analysis, and testing initiatives to ensure antennas meet strict technical and operational requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in antenna testing and electromagnetics
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree may substitute for 2 years of experience
Responsibilities
- Perform complex RF testing and chamber system troubleshooting
- Analyze performance data including gain, bandwidth, and polarization results
- Develop detailed technical reports highlighting compliance with requirements
- Train personnel and maintain testing documentation and system procedures
