About The Position

The Test Engineer shall be responsible for testing and validating HPC systems in accordance with test plans to ensure that system requirements are met.
Requirements
- Master's degree in relevant engineering discipline
- 8+ years of related experience
- Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required
- Experience using Linux CLI and the Linux suite of tools
- Proficient using Bash/Python scripting for task automation
- Experience integrating and testing REST APIs related to HPC systems
- Experience creating complex database queries to analyze test data across various database platforms including SQL, and Splunk
- Demonstrated experience in defect tracking and resolution processes
- Experience analyzing logs and test results using data visualization tools such as Splunk, Kibana, and Grafana
- Experience with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools including GitLab CI
- US Citizenship Required
Nice To Haves
- Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence)
- Familiar with Splunk for searching, monitoring, and analyzing machine generated data
- Familiar with SAFe Agile principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience with IaC principles and automation tools including Ansible
- Experience with Git Source Control System
Responsibilities
- Testing and validating HPC systems in accordance with test plans to ensure that system requirements are met.
- Developing and executing test plans for HPC systems.
- Integrating and testing REST APIs related to HPC systems.
- Creating complex database queries to analyze test data across various database platforms including SQL, and Splunk.
- Analyzing logs and test results using data visualization tools such as Splunk, Kibana, and Grafana.
- Defect tracking and resolution processes.
