About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Ansible Solution Architect to join our team in Santa Clara, CA. This onsite role requires a deep understanding of Ansible and its ecosystem, along with strong skills in Python, PowerShell, and CI/CD integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing automation solutions across enterprise environments, including hybrid cloud and networking infrastructure. Responsibilities

• Design and architect Ansible-based automation solutions for enterprise environments.
• Implement and manage Ansible Tower/AWX for workflow orchestration and enterprise automation.
• Integrate Ansible with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Develop automation scripts using Python and PowerShell.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Ensure security and compliance through OS hardening and security automation.
• Manage source code using Git/Bitbucket.
• Integrate automation solutions with various systems via REST APIs.
• Apply networking fundamentals to automation design.
• Lead deployment automation and version control strategies.
• Design and implement hybrid cloud automation solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and drive automation adoption.
• Provide leadership and foster team collaboration.
