As the Agriculture and Natural Resources (ANR) Master Gardener Program Coordinator, you work within the Spokane County Master Gardener program to monitor budget status in alignment with program activities, plans, and priorities; maintain program budgets and initiate corrective actions as needed; sign vouchers; receive, process, and deposit funds; and assist with the preparation of grants and grant proposals. You provide information and guidance to program participants and the public regarding program content, policies, and activities; recommend alternative courses of action; and promote the program through engagement with outside organizations. You attend meetings and conferences as a program representative and regularly confer with representatives of off‑campus organizations and agencies to interpret and implement program and institutional policies. You monitor program activities against established goals, identify variances from program standards within defined parameters, and use word processing, graphics, statistical, spreadsheet, and database software. You perform complex scheduling, independently prioritize the needs of program clients, direct the work of volunteers, carry out the duties of a Program Assistant, and perform related duties as required.
