About The Position

Jordan Aluminum Company is hiring an Anodize Racker/Packer for its finishing department. The role supports the aluminum finishing process by loading and unloading extrusions onto anodize racks, checking product quality, and preparing finished products for packaging and shipment. The employee helps maintain production standards, accurate documentation, and a safe, organized work environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer literacy and ability to follow written instructions.
Familiarity with proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Dependable, safety-minded, team-oriented attitude.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and twist throughout the shift.
Ability to frequently lift 10–50 pounds.
Comfort working in a fast-paced production environment.

Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production line experience.

Responsibilities

Load and unload aluminum extrusions onto and off anodize racks according to company procedures.
Inspect products for quality and promptly report issues to a supervisor or lead.
Follow safety protocols and company policies.
Pack finished aluminum products according to customer specifications.
Make and label boxes and move products on pallets or conveyors as needed.
Carry out the daily production schedule to meet department goals.
Maintain accurate production data and documentation in support of the anodize finishing process.
Participate in continuous improvement and uphold company KPI standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Finishing Manager or Anodize Supervisor.
