About The Position

The Annuity Sales Director is a strategic sales leader responsible for driving Fixed Index Annuity (FIA) production, strengthening partnerships with current high‑performing financial advisors and their staff already selling the Annexus product portfolio. This role focuses on advisor engagement, sales strategy execution, and optimizing Annexus’ exclusive distribution model.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven performance in the financial services industry wholesaling Annuity products.
  • Proven Track record of meeting or exceeding annuity sales and growth targets.
  • Ability to influence outcomes working with sophisticated, high‑net‑worth‑focused advisors.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
  • In addition to a strong sales background ability to lead and inspire people – grow and build talent.
  • Travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Drive FIA sales growth through top-elite established and active advisor relationships and expand partnerships with top‑producing financial advisors currently selling Annexus products.
  • Execute primarily in‑person and some virtual sales presentations with sales initiatives related to the Annexus product Annuity portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Distribution leadership to build and drive sales and respond to market and competitive trends.
  • Represent current Sales team in cross‑functional leadership forums and contribute to enterprise‑wide alignment.
