About The Position

The Annealer Operator is responsible for operating the annealer (loading, unloading & packing). This role involves monitoring processes, ensuring safety standards, and checking the functions of the annealer. The Annealer Operator will set up and operate annealing furnaces and associated equipment, monitor and adjust temperature and timing settings according to specifications, and load and unload materials into furnaces following established procedures. All other assigned duties by supervisor or lead person are also part of the role.

  • Ability to maintain detailed records of production runs and quality control results
  • Ability to communicate with quality control personnel and production managers to address any discrepancies
  • Ability to conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of annealing equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear
  • Ability to report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor
  • Ability to maintain accurate logs of production data, maintenance activities, and any anomalies
  • Ability to prepare and submit reports on process performance and material quality as required
