About The Position

The Annealer Operator is responsible for operating the annealer (loading, unloading & packing). This role involves monitoring processes, ensuring safety standards, and checking the functions of the annealer.

  • Set up and operate annealing furnaces and associated equipment
  • Monitor and adjust temperature and timing settings according to specifications.
  • Load and unload materials into furnaces following established procedures.
  • Inspect materials before and after annealing to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Document process conditions, including temperature, duration, and cooling rates.
  • Identify and troubleshoot any issues with the annealing process or equipment.
  • Perform tests and inspections to verify material properties and ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Maintain detailed records of production runs and quality control results.
  • Communicate with quality control personnel and production managers to address any discrepancies.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of annealing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate logs of production data, maintenance activities, and any anomalies.
  • Prepare and submit reports on process performance and material quality as required.

Responsibilities
