About The Position

This is an 8-week internship program designed to provide participants with exposure to a variety of financial instruments and transactions. Interns will assist in various tasks, handle a wide range of responsibilities, collaborate on team projects, and create presentations on their work and research. The program offers professional training, opportunities to hone leadership skills, and learning about residential real estate and financial markets. The internship will run from June 21 – August 13, 2027.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting, or strong interest in financial markets or real estate
Rising Sophomore or Junior in the Fall 2027
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel
A Grade Point Average of 3.0 or higher
Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrated leadership capability
Eligibility Requirements: This opportunity is only open to Project Destined students
Must be willing to work in Dallas, TX for the Finance and Mortgage Operations internship
Must be willing to submit to a background investigation
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of programming languages a plus (SQL, Python, C#, R, or others)

Responsibilities

Handle a wide range of responsibilities, collaborate on team projects and create presentations on work and research completed at the firm
Support members of the Agency, Mortgage Operations, or Finance Group in preparation of materials and analysis
Perform ad hoc duties and assignments as delegated
Other daily work responsibilities that support the team you are assigned
