About The Position
The Animal Rescue League of Boston is seeking a full-time Animal Care Associate for its Boston location. The position is scheduled for 36 hours per week and supports the Boston Animal Care & Adoption Center by caring for animals, maintaining clean shelter spaces, and helping clients through adoption and surrender processes. Responsibilities
- Provide food, water, exercise, enrichment, medication, and grooming to animals at the Boston Animal Care & Adoption Center.
- Clean and disinfect kennels and other shelter areas.
- Guide clients through adoption and surrender processes with kindness and compassion.
- Contribute to team learning and growth to support high-quality animal care.
