About The Position

Assists individuals with adopting Angels as part of the Christmas Angel Tree Program; provides information and answers questions regarding adoption of Angels; prepares and maintains accurate records related to the Angel Tree adoption and gift process.

Requirements

• Knowledge and demonstrated skill in customer service practices.
• Knowledge of effective and efficient record keeping.
• Ability to maintain an efficient and organized filing system.
• Ability to maintain the confidential nature of the work.
• Ability to follow instructions, plan and organize work, and work under limited supervision.
• Ability to meet attendance requirements.
• High school diploma or G.E.D., OR Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Nice To Haves

• Duties are usually performed seated, but may require walking, standing, lifting and carrying.
• Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail with constant breaks in concentration associated with answering questions or speaking to individuals requiring assistance.
