Anesthesiology Generalist
About The Position
The Anesthesiology Generalist role is part of the Anesthesiology Residency Program at a Level I Trauma Center with 18 state-of-the-art operating rooms. The position involves 40% of your time performing cases and 60% of your time medically directing CRNAs and Residents. There are teaching opportunities with regular rotations of residents and medical students. The department utilizes a robust EHR system (EPIC 10-Star health system) and manages the OR schedule to ensure a smooth and efficient workday. The facility is a 254-bed tertiary care referral center, Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital, Sayre, PA, offering a full range of diagnostic, medical, and surgical services.
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologist
- Comfortable with a Level I Trauma center performing complex and challenging cases
- Visa Candidate Considered

Responsibilities
- Perform anesthesiology cases (40% of time)
- Medically direct CRNAs and Residents (60% of time)
