Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology Residency Program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Eligible for unrestricted state medical licensure
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- General anesthesiology experience
- Regional anesthesia experience
- Experience supervising CRNAs
- Interest in a long-term hospital-based practice
Responsibilities
- Perform preoperative evaluations and develop anesthesia plans
- Administer and monitor anesthesia during surgical procedures
- Manage postoperative pain and recovery care
- Supervise CRNAs within a medical direction model
- Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, and perioperative teams
- Participate in a rotating weekend call schedule
