About The Position
Somnia Anesthesia, a physician-owned, clinician-led anesthesia group, is seeking Anesthesiologists to join their growing team at Orange County Global Medical Center in Santa Ana, CA. This is a part-time position with a compensation of $275/hour. The practice environment is at Orange County Global Medical Center, a Safety Net Hospital with 4 ORs, 282 beds, a Level II Trauma Center, and a Level III NICU. The hospital has a consistent case volume and complex pathology, offering a wide range of surgical services including Level II Trauma & Emergency Surgery, Advanced Cardiac & STEMI Cases, Obstetric, Maternal & Neonatal Care, Burn Center & Trauma Support, and General, Orthopedic, Vascular, ENT, and Urologic Procedures. The location in Santa Ana, California, provides access to beaches, mountains, and attractions like Disneyland.
Requirements
- Active state license
- DEA
- State CDS
- Board certification or Board eligible if in process
- ACLS
- PALS
- BLS
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services at Orange County Global Medical Center.
- Support a wide range of surgical services including Level II Trauma & Emergency Surgery, Advanced Cardiac & STEMI Cases, Obstetric, Maternal & Neonatal Care, Burn Center & Trauma Support, and General, Orthopedic, Vascular, ENT, and Urologic Procedures.
- Participate in OB 24-hour call (pager).
