About The Position

Ambulatory Anesthesia Care – Pacific Northwest (AAC-PNW) is seeking an MD Anesthesiologist comfortable practicing in office-based pediatric dental settings. Our patients are healthy pediatric dental patients (primarily ASA I), with efficient cases and short sedation and recovery times. This role offers exceptional flexibility and real work-life balance, with days often wrapping up by 1-2 PM. The practice is growing and expanding into adult dental, GI, and ENT, offering opportunities to broaden your scope and grow with the business.

Requirements

• MD Anesthesiologist (pediatric fellowship not required)
• Comfortable caring for pediatric dental patients
• Active Oregon and/or Washington license, or willingness to obtain
• Enjoys autonomy and flexible scheduling
• Values quality of life alongside meaningful clinical work
• Interested in growing with a practice — not just filling shifts

Responsibilities

• Office-based pediatric dental anesthesia
• Caring for healthy, low-acuity pediatric patients
• Working within efficient, predictable workflows
• Working at one location per day
