Anesthesiologist opportunity at nationally recognized UPMC Pinnacle Memorial Hospital in York, PA, near three major cities. The new UPMC Pinnacle Memorial Hospital, that opened in August 2019, is a 98-bed hospital with all private patient rooms. This modern facility features acute and emergency medical care, cardiology and vascular services, robotics and surgical services, and much more. Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Completion of Anesthesiology Residency
- Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Current medical licensure
- ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable)
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
- Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
- Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
- Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
