Requirements

MD or DO
Board Certified or Eligible in Anesthesia
Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia

Nice To Haves

No open hearts or Neurosurgery cases.
Minimal CRNA supervision.
Commitment to practicing culturally competent healthcare.

Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia services for a case mix including Orthopedics, Gynecology, General Surgery, ENT, Bread & Butter Pediatrics, Spine, OB, endoscopy, EP.
Work on average 40-45 hours a week.
Practice patient-centered, culturally competent medical care.
Communicate thoughtfully (listen, educate, advocate).
