About The Position

M2 Anesthesia specializes in general anesthesia for pediatric dental patients and offers a high quality of life for its anesthesiologists. They have an immediate need for a full-time Anesthesiologist to serve dental clients in the South Seattle area. The patients are healthy, office-based, pediatric dental patients (ASA 0 or 1) with short sedation and recovery times. The role involves performing general anesthesia and oral surgery procedures for patients up to 20 years old. The typical workday concludes by 1 or 2 PM, allowing for a good work-life balance. M2 Anesthesia provides a lifestyle-focused job with hospital-based compensation. Pediatric certification is not required.

Requirements

• MD Anesthesiologist
• Willingness to perform general anesthesia and oral surgery procedures for patients up to 20 years old.
• Ability to start by 11/1/24 for sign-on bonus eligibility.
• Existing OR or WA license for additional sign-on incentives.

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric certification is not required but may be a plus.
• Existing OR or WA license.

Responsibilities

• Perform general anesthesia for pediatric dental patients.
• Perform oral surgery procedures for patients up to 20 years old.
• Provide anesthesia services to office-based, pediatric dental patients (ASA 0 or 1).
• Ensure patient care aligns with the Quadruple Aim.
