About The Position

The Hospitals of Providence, a cornerstone of healthcare in the El Paso region for generations, is seeking an Anesthesiologist to join a growing, employed group across their Memorial, Sierra, and East campuses. You'll practice within a nationally recognized health system that includes a Level III Trauma Center, a 140-bed Providence Children's Hospital, and a Level IV NICU — the highest designation in Texas. This is a full-time opportunity with a manageable call schedule, in-house billing and collections support, and a compensation model built to reward your commitment. Requirements

MD or DO degree
Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology
Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one

Spanish-speaking preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Medical supervision of CRNAs
Practice across Memorial, Sierra, and East campuses in El Paso
Multi-specialty hospital environment including trauma, pediatrics, cardiology, oncology, and women's services
Billing, coding, and collections handled in-house — no administrative burden on you
