About The Position
NorthStar Anesthesia is seeking a Medical Director of Anesthesia at Bon Secours Harbour View Surgery Center in Suffolk, VA. This full-time, W2 opportunity offers a chance to lead, grow, and thrive in a supportive environment with an excellent culture. The Medical Director will receive strong annual compensation up to $425,000 plus a $25,000 Medical Director Stipend, inclusive benefits, and a $90k sign-on bonus with 10 weeks PTO. The role involves shaping the future of anesthesia care by setting clinical objectives, ensuring adherence to patient care standards, collaborating with physician leadership, providing mentorship to anesthesia staff, and driving initiatives to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Requirements
- ABA/AOBA certification
- State licensing
