AICA Orthopedics, P.C.Atlanta, GA

About The Position

ProCo and AICA Orthopedics, Atlanta's premier integrated healthcare provider with 21 locations, is seeking a highly skilled Interventional Spine Specialist to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team. This is not a traditional anesthesiology role – we're looking for an anesthesia-trained physician who specializes in interventional pain management and minimally invasive spine procedures. This is a highly procedure-based position with minimal clinical chronic pain management. You'll work with mid-level providers who handle routine clinical work, allowing you to focus on what you do best: performing procedures. If you're passionate about interventional spine work and want to practice in a setting that maximizes your procedural time, this is the opportunity for you. What Makes This Role Unique Procedure-Focused Practice: Minimal clinical work – our mid-levels handle routine patient visits so you can focus on interventional procedures No Chronic Pain Management: We focus on interventional treatments, not chronic pain clinic visits Coverage & Growth Opportunity: Fill in when our senior physician takes 6-8 weeks of annual vacation, with potential succession planning as he approaches retirement Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, physiatrists, chiropractors, and physical therapists High-Performing Practice: Join a provider who excels at patient engagement and has strong surgical conversion rates No On-Call: Monday-Friday schedule with work-life balance
