About The Position

This position will assist the anesthesia providers and ASC team in the acquisition, preparation, and application of equipment and supplies required for the administration of anesthesia and blocks. Provides support by preparing, setting up, calibrating, troubleshooting, and maintaining patient monitoring devices and anesthesia delivery systems before, during and after anesthesia, assisting with transporting, positioning, resuscitative efforts of patients, cleaning/disinfection/sterilization of work area/equipment, and supply/inventory management. Requirements

High School Graduate or GED from an accredited program
BLS through American Heart Association
2+ years working as an anesthesia technician (AT)
Basic computer knowledge
Proficient in the operation and decontamination of anesthesia equipment

Nice To Haves

Completion of an anesthesia technician training program approved by the American Society of Anesthesia Technologists and Technicians (ASATT)
Certified Anesthesia Technician
2+ years working as an anesthesia technician
Microsoft Word

Responsibilities
