About The Position

Emplify Gundersen is seeking a part-time Anesthesia Technician in La Crosse, WI. The Anesthesia Technician cleans and stocks anesthesiology work areas, as well as assists anesthesiology providers as necessary to make anesthesia services available to patients. This is a 0.5 FTE position, meaning 40 hours bi-weekly. The role involves a rotation of Day and PM shifts: 5:00 am-1:30 pm, 6:00 am-2:30 pm, 6:30 am-3:00 pm, 6:45 am -3:15 pm, 11:00 am-7:30 pm and 1:30 pm-10:00 pm. There is also a weekend/holiday rotation, requiring on-call duties approximately every other month.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalency
BLS for healthcare workers
Wisconsin Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) OR National Registry Emergency Medical Technician - Basic (NREMT) OR National Registry Emergency Medical Technician - Paramedic (NREMT-P) OR Wisconsin Emergency Medical Technician - Basic (EMT-B)

Responsibilities
