About The Position

We are seeking an Anesthesia Technician to assist the anesthesia team prior to, during, and following patient procedures in the Inpatient Operating Room and all off-site locations. This role involves checking and supplying anesthesia carts and machines, replacing anesthesia gas tanks, disassembling used anesthesia equipment, disinfecting machines and supply carts, replacing used products, and preparing transducers for invasive hemodynamic monitoring. The technician will also assist with the preparation of anesthesia supplies both preoperatively and post operatively by cleaning, maintaining, packaging, ordering, and inventorying anesthesia supplies. A key aspect of the role is to demonstrate trust, respect, honesty, and caring attitudes with patients/families and other members of the health care team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent Required
• Basic Life Support/CPR or obtained within 180 Days Required

Nice To Haves

• Associate's Degree as Anesthesia Technologist Preferred
• 1 year of experience in a medical setting Preferred
