About The Position

The Anesthesia Technician supports the Anesthesia Physician Staff in the preparation, maintenance, and provision of peri-anesthesia patient care. Demonstrated knowledge of orthopedic / pediatric care for infant, toddler, preschool, school age and young adult (up to age 21) patients. Shriners Spokane is looking for a PRN Anesthesia Tech to join the team.

Requirements

High School/GED
Some experience in surgery department

Nice To Haves

Some experience in operating room theory & practice
Some experience in supply chain

Responsibilities

Preoperatively prepares the anesthesia work station to ensure that all anesthesia carts are standardized according to the direction from the Chief of Anesthesia and are fully stocked at all times.
Intraoperatively maintains the functions and cleanliness of the anesthesia work station and assists the anesthesiologists with procedures and technical support
Maintains a neat, orderly, clean, efficient well organized anesthesia workroom that is sufficiently stocked at all times.
