About The Position
Responsible for the care, maintenance, and functioning of equipment and supplies used by the Department. Assists the Anesthesiologists in the provision of direct patient care as requested. Provides assistance to the nursing staff through the provision, maintenance and functioning of medical equipment.
Requirements
- High School or General Education Diploma or equivalent education/experience
- Minimum two years college.
- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
- 1-year recent relevant experience.
- Knowledge of principles/applications of aseptic technique
- Knowledge of care/maintenance of Anesthesia related equipment
- Knowledge of care/maintenance of surgical equipment.
- Knowledge of English language w/ written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and problem solve.
- Interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Basic Computer skills
