About The Position

Provides ancillary instruction for certification courses and courses to enhance organizational knowledge and skill.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) License from the Wyoming State Board of Nursing or Current enhanced Nurse Licensure (eNLC)
  • Cheyenne Regional AHA RQI within fourteen (14) calendar days of start date

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • Two years teaching experience in a hospital or medical center based organization

Responsibilities

  • Accepts and teaches clinical certification classes on and off site based on varied schedules.
  • Prepares and delivers instruction to students.
  • Actively pursues and participates in professional development activities to enhance skills in various modes of instruction and knowledge of learning.
  • Administers written and physical skills related assignments.
  • Maintains an active classroom environment conducive to student learning and success.
  • Evaluates student performance and learning per governing certification body guidelines.
  • Provides regular feedback and assigns appropriate grades.
  • Reports to work punctually and regularly.
  • Completes all required training and professional development sessions provided by CRMC.
