Hourly Student Employment – Anatomy Teaching Assistants
About The Position
The Department of Anatomy is seeking a student to serve as a Teaching Assistant for the PTHE 8008 Gross Anatomy course. This role is ideal for students who have completed their first year of medical school. The Teaching Assistant will support the primary course director, who is a Physical Therapy faculty member, by assisting with lab and exam preparation, serving as a navigator, and providing guidance and academic support to students in the course. Additionally, the Teaching Assistant will conduct supplemental weekly review and tutoring sessions to foster team-based learning. The course runs from May 18th to July 31, 2026, and the Teaching Assistant will be required to complete orientation and attend planning meetings.
