About The Position

The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Richmond Hospital invites applications for a full time permanent position as a General or Anatomical Pathologist. The successful candidate will join the department of 5 Pathologists providing General Pathology work including anatomical and possibly clinical pathology services for both inpatients and outpatients in Richmond Community of Care. The work environment is a fast-pace high volume lab with about 20,000 Anatomical Pathology specimens and 2M Clinical Pathology tests per year with rapid annual growth.

Requirements

• Current College of Physicians of BC (CPSBC) - Mandatory
• Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) - Mandatory
• Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada (FRCPC) - Mandatory

Nice To Haves

• Fellowship training and/or Hematopathology/Transfusion Medicine experience

Responsibilities
