Job Description: Job Family Definition: Drives the implementation of best in class Human Resources (HR) systems/solutions providing relevant, timely, and accurate HR information for HR planning, decision-making, labor compliance, learning & development and performance measurement. Responsible for requirements definition, design, development, implementation and ongoing production support of HR Information Systems (HRIS) associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of team member information. Works with HR process owners, business stakeholders, IT providers and other project teams to evaluate software and hardware needs and may design new or modify existing HRIS to meet changing demands. Defines and implements HR processes and tools that improve team member experience. Delivers HR reporting and insights as a service or a solution by developing custom reports. Management Level Definition: Unique mastery and recognized authority on relevant subject matter knowledge including technologies, theories and techniques. Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas. Successfully operates in the most complex disciplines, in which the company must operate to be successful. Provides highly innovative solutions. Leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the organization's long-term goals and objectives. May participate in cross-division, multi-function teams. Provides mentoring and guidance to lower level employees. Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives. Develops strategy and sets functional policy and direction. Acts as a functional manager within area of expertise but does not manage other employees as a primary job function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related study area with a typical 10-15 years’ experience.
  • Proven track record of managing complex HR technology projects and initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR information systems, data management, and analytics.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to address complex technical challenges.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies and tools to oversee project execution.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and foster a collaborative culture across departments.
  • Experience in mentoring and leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Commitment to staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in HR and technology.
  • Knowledge of managing vendor relationships and negotiating strategic partnerships.
  • Drive innovation and strategic alignment in HR technology.
  • Drive continuous improvement of UX.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and industry best practices.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving, strategic planning, and project management.

  • Relevant certifications in HR technology, user experience (UX) or project management are a plus.
