About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Lead with a strong background in business analysis and Anaplan model building. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing Anaplan solutions, gathering business requirements, and leading a team of Anaplan modelers. This role requires a deep understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, including revenue, expense, and headcount planning/forecasting.

Requirements

• Anaplan Level 3 model builder certification.
• 3-5 years of business analyst experience with requirements gathering, requirements analysis, and documenting functional requirements.
• Experience with direct interaction with clients in collecting business requirements and performing design validation.
• Experience with creating test plans, test cases, and executing test cases.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience with Anaplan model building (at least one completed Anaplan project implementation experience).
• Strong communication skills, including documentation, email communication, and creating presentations.
• Min of 2 years of experience in managing a small team of Anaplan modelers.
• Strong understanding of the Revenue, Expense, and Headcount planning/forecasting modeling expertise.
• Experience in designing and building Anaplan models and modules to address business planning and forecasting requirements on financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• Experience with developing complex calculations, data imports, exports, and integration workflows while adhering to Anaplan best practices.

• Experience with FP&A process preferred.
