About The Position

An experienced industrialist is a highly specialized professional who installs, calibrates, repairs, and maintains complex process analytical equipment. They act as the vital link between physical chemistry, electronics, and plant operations to ensure product quality, process control, and environmental compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 year technical school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of the use of a computerized maintenance management system.
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks & prioritize work.
  • Ability to maintain, repair, and calibrate analyzers, transmitters, control valves, etc.
  • Basic understanding of the facility’s control system, with the ability to develop detailed understanding.
  • Thorough knowledge of the operation and safety aspects of the MCC/switchgear.
  • Basic understanding of the facility's process, with the ability to develop detailed understanding.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 4 years I&E experience, plant environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Install, calibrate, repair, and maintain complex process analytical equipment.
  • Ensure product quality, process control, and environmental compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair analyzer failures.
  • Interpret signal analysis data to diagnose instrument faults.
  • Collaborate with control room operators, plant engineers, and mechanics to resolve deviations.
  • Maintain equipment logs, calibration records, and ISO-compliant documentation.
  • Operate forklift and other machinery.
