About The Position
A Sr. Data Analyst on PepsiCo’s Data Analytics & AI team is responsible for turning data into actionable insights that support business decisions, process improvement, and data-driven strategy. The role typically sits in the BI & Reporting Automation or broader Data Analytics & AI space, depending on the team’s focus. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 3–4+ years of experience in data analytics.
- Strong SQL and relational database skills.
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and possibly Tableau, R, or Python.
- Ability to handle large datasets, do data cleansing, and explain technical findings clearly.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze data from large and small databases using SQL and related tools.
- Build reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decisions.
- Deliver ad hoc analysis and insights for cross-functional partners.
- Work with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
- Support data prep for advanced analytics and capability projects.
- Translate business needs into analytical requirements and clear recommendations.
