About The Position

At LUZCO Technologies, we are looking for a detail-oriented and creative problem solver who loves turning data into real solutions. This role supports our teams by building dashboards, automating workflows, and improving how information flows across the business.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in software engineering, data analytics, or business intelligence.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, modeling).
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical, user-friendly solutions.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, MIS, Applied Math, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience with Esri tools (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, etc.) for GIS and spatial analysis.
  • Familiarity with Power Automate, SQL, or other data integration tools.
  • Exposure to workflow automation, business process modeling, or digital transformation in the utility industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver creative, efficient solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and enhance interactive dashboards, reports, and custom apps using Power BI, PowerApps, and SharePoint.
  • Partner with project teams to uncover opportunities for automation, improved visualization, and digital innovation.
  • Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business decisions.
  • Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate or similar tools.
  • Integrate data from Excel, SQL, and internal systems to ensure seamless reporting.
  • Train and support end users on Power Platform tools and custom solutions.
  • Communicate insights through clear visuals, presentations, and storytelling.
  • Support system and process development to improve data ecosystems and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
  • Track metrics, generate stakeholder reporting, and follow corporate and regulatory procedures
  • Travel up to 10%.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
