About The Position
The Manager of Analytics and planning will support the company-wide business planning process, company-wide service line initiatives, and manage growth analytics and reporting. Provides proactive support to identify, analyze and make recommendations on improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of experience in finance or healthcare planning/analytics.
Nice To Haves
- MBA or MHA
Responsibilities
- Responsible for building, implementation, and supporting of system-wide data analytics platform and Business Intelligence tool.
- These tools are currently outsourced, and this position will be charged with bringing those tools in house, managing the migration away from current tools, ensuring success on all fronts.
- This position will also be responsible for managing the enterprise wide budget for Business Development.
