We operate without layers or slow approvals, and we care about one thing: building things that move the needle. As our Analytics Lead, you'll own how BlueThrone measures itself. Right now, analytics is everywhere and nowhere - work happens across user acquisition, monetisation, finance, and our internal revenue platform, but no single person owns the logic, the definitions, or the standards that tie it all together. That's your job. Your work will directly influence product decisions, monetisation strategy, and how we scale every app in the portfolio. This isn't a manager-from-a-distance role. It’s deeply hands-on. You'll write the SQL, build the models, design the system, and lead a small team of BI engineers doing the same. You'll be the person leadership trusts when the question is "Is this cohort actually profitable?" or "Why does Week-2 retention look different across two apps?" - and you’ll make sure metrics are clearly defined and interpreted consistently across all apps.
