About The Position

Till is seeking an Analytics Engineer to help build its data function during a period of growth. Working alongside the Data Analytics Lead, this will be the first dedicated data hire and will take on a growing share of analysis and reporting while building the dbt models that power it. The role focuses on family banking analytics, including shared accounts, distinct parent and child experiences, and customer relationships that evolve over time. The initial priority is marketing analytics. The Analytics Engineer will partner with the Growth and Lifecycle Marketers on attribution, conversion, engagement, acquisition spend, segmentation, and campaign measurement. They will also support Product, Engineering, and Operations by turning open questions into analysis and recommendations grounded in the product and business. The role builds tested, documented dbt models in Snowflake and creates ad hoc reports and durable Metabase dashboards. It also supports reliable customer and event data flows into the customer engagement platform, contributes to the measurement framework, investigates anomalies, and provides input on tools, infrastructure, and future hires. The position reports to the Analytics Lead.
