About The Position

The Analytics Consultant II is a trusted analytics professional who leads the delivery of data-driven solutions to business challenges. With strong technical skills and a solid understanding of domain-specific needs, this role collaborates closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to generate impactful insights. The position takes ownership of project management and client relationships while mentoring junior team members to elevate team performance. The role leads the development of high-quality visual insights and reports for executive-level presentations, serves as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, and manages project deliverables, timelines, and resources. On-the-job training will be provided to develop technical and business skills. Continuous learning and professional development are encouraged to keep pace with industry trends and advancements. The position requires adherence to company policies, procedures, and training related to information security and compliance, including SOC1, SOC2, PCI, and HIPAA, as well as company and client policies, business rules, ethics, and applicable laws. Travel is required as needed.

Requirements

4–6 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles, with the ability to manage multiple projects and mentor junior team members.
Expert-level SQL skills, with a focus on advanced optimization.
Ability to design advanced dashboards and mentor junior team members.
Ability to lead the development of high-quality visual insights for executive-level presentations.
Ability to apply statistical methods, such as correlation analysis and variance analysis, to interpret trends and identify actionable insights.
Ability to act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to listen actively, communicate key issues respectfully, share relevant information, and adapt communication to different audiences.
Ability to use analytical and logical reasoning to identify root causes and work through problems.
Ability to navigate complex organizational policy, process, and people dynamics.
Ability to improve products and services to enhance efficiency and performance.
Ability to find, document, monitor, map, and develop improvement frameworks for processes.

Nice To Haves

A bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
Significant domain knowledge to drive actionable insights.
Experience taking ownership of client relationships for assigned projects.
Experience leading projects and ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
Python experience or use; Python may be used minimally, with a focus on SQL and BI tools for analytics delivery.
