About The Position

The Analytics Consultant II is a trusted analytics professional who leads delivery of data-driven solutions to business challenges. The role combines strong technical skills with an understanding of domain-specific needs to generate impactful insights in collaboration with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders. The position owns project management and client relationships and mentors junior team members. On-the-job training and ongoing professional development are provided.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles, with the ability to manage multiple projects and mentor junior team members.
• Expert-level SQL skills, with a focus on advanced optimization.
• Ability to design advanced dashboards using a BI tool and mentor junior team members.
• Ability to lead development of high-quality visual insights for executive-level presentations.
• Ability to apply statistical methods, such as correlation and variance analysis, to interpret trends and identify actionable insights.
• Ability to listen actively, communicate respectfully, and adapt communications to different audiences.
• Ability to use reasoning and critical thinking to identify root causes and work through problems.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and drive the organization’s vision and purpose.
• Ability to improve products and services for efficiency, performance, and organizational value.
• Ability to find, document, and monitor key processes, map processes, and develop process-improvement frameworks.
• Comply with relevant requirements including SOC1, SOC2, PCI, and HIPAA, and company and client policies regarding business rules and ethics.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Significant domain knowledge to drive actionable insights.
• Experience taking ownership of client relationships for assigned projects.
• Experience leading projects and ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
• Python experience; use may be minimal, as the focus is on SQL and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of high-quality visual insights and reports for executive-level presentations.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, manage client relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead projects, ensuring deliverables meet expectations and managing timelines and resources.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance and support.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements through continuous learning and professional development.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, information security and compliance programs, and applicable laws and regulations.
