As an Analytics Business Manager at Conga, you will serve as the bridge between data and business strategy—translating analytics into actionable insights that drive decision-making across the organization. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to understand business needs, define key metrics, and deliver reporting and analysis that supports growth and operational excellence. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you’ll manage key analytics initiatives, build dashboards and reporting, and ensure teams are equipped with the insights they need to make informed decisions. The Analytics Business Manager plays a critical role in aligning business priorities with data insights—ensuring leaders have clear visibility into performance, risks, and opportunities.
