As a member of CIBC’s team, the Analytics & Business Intelligence Specialist, CAM (Client Account Management) is responsible for supporting the delivery of advanced consulting advice in data analytics in collections operations, providing research and insights, and ensuring senior management has the relevant information to make informed decisions. The role applies advanced concepts to utilize various advanced analytical techniques such as statistical modeling, data mining, and machine learning. The Analytics & Business Intelligence Specialist, CAM provides insights that inform decisions influencing department strategy, performs in-depth analysis of research information to identify opportunities, develops proposals and makes recommendations for management’s use. The role works autonomously on day-to-day work, researching industry best practices, tools, and systems for reporting and data analysis, identifying and recommending enhancements to automated systems used to create a standardized reporting system. The role uses independent judgement to determine methods and approaches to work and acts as a resource integrator for their area.
