About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Analytics Architect to oversee and advance our data analytics initiatives. The role involves managing a team of data analysts, developing data strategies, and providing actionable insights to drive business performance and decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, an excellent communicator, and possesses strong leadership skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in analytics, business intelligence, or a related domain.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis/programming languages.
  • Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager & Optimizely.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in managing or leading teams is preferred.
  • Certification in data analytics or relevant areas (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Certified Data Analyst).

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the organization's data analytics strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Identify and prioritize key analytics projects to optimize decision-making and performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analysts and data professionals.

  • Provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders across departments.
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of analytics tools and technologies.
  • Ensure data systems are scalable and optimized for business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and product development, to address data needs.
  • Present findings and insights in a clear and impactful manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies and practices.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
