About The Position

As a Levy Staffing Analyst, you will be responsible for working with the operations and leadership teams to provide insight into the optimal staffing levels for the Dodger Stadium concession stands for baseball games and special events.

Requirements

• English reading, writing, math, and computer skills required
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suites, specifically Excel and Google Sheets
• Must be flexible with schedule, able to work different shifts, and have the stamina to work baseball hours
• Has strong attention to detail to ensure reports are completed and information is compiled accurately
• Develops and maintains positive relationships within the staffing team and other departments
• Ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in business analytics, computer science, or a related field
• Experience using SQL, R, Python, and Tableau for data analysis is a plus
• Food service operations awareness/experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work with staffing team to identify and create tools to boost productivity and make department more efficient
• Be the main point of contact to maintain and update various staffing tools depending on department needs
• Oversee employee check-in process by monitoring tools and providing real-time updates to operations team
• Coordinate with operations team to understand staffing levels needed for each game
• Perform trending analysis on employee call offs to determine when additional resources might be needed
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses of staffing metrics in a timely and professional manner
