Requirements

BS degree with 6-8 years of experience, MS degree with 4-6 years of experience, or PhD with 0-2 years of experience.
Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Smart Lab and Trackwise software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform raw materials analytical testing, which may include compendial testing, HPLC/UPLC, generic testing (e.g., solvents, water, ash, titrations, heavy metals), and compound-specific methods.
Investigate and troubleshoot equipment-related issues.
Utilize laboratory equipment such as balances for weighing, pH meters, and pipettes.
Prepare buffers and media.
Perform UV testing.
